In this project, I explore using Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs) to segment traffic and enhance network security within a multi-switch environment. Through hands-on tasks in Packet Tracer, I configure VLANs, implement trunking and VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP), and manage inter-VLAN communication. Additionally, I work on improving network resiliency with Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), increasing bandwidth through EtherChannel, and implementing Access Control Lists (ACLs) to bolster security. The project is structured across three phases, each building upon the previous one, culminating in a robust, secure, and efficient network.
